32 A SNEAKY STRANGER

KAREN'S POV Percy and I thought Arianna had left his life totally. But, we were wrong to assume that. It's been six months since we've been together and I was yet to get my apartment. But, with Arianna's involvement, I saw the immediate need to get an apartment far from Percy. I had gone for a walk as usual with Milo that afternoon. I was not suspecting anything but, as soon as I got a message on my phone, I knew something was wrong. My phone beeped and I stood under a tree to see the sender. I realized it was from an unknown number. I opened the message and the first line made me shiver. “Do you wish to lose your life? Just kidding. But, I want you to stay away from my man. Yes, I mean Percy. He is mine, he has always been mine and will always be mine. I want you to pack your things and leave my husband's house before I do something dangerous. Oh, you think Percy loves you? You are an unsuspecting young lady. In case you don't know, Percy and I hav
