Chapter 113: AMAZING FAMILY

JEREMY'S POV: "Aren't you ready? Come out, let's," I called from the outside. "I will be out in two minutes, thanks," she replied. I playfully inquired, 'Would you like me to assist you in dressing?' She responded with a light laugh, 'No, I'm good, thank you,' mirroring my amusement. So, I waited there for a good five minutes until she finally emerged, suggesting that we take my car since hers wasn't exactly in top-notch condition. We geared up for the journey, and as we hit the road, I played tour guide, pointing out various spots along the way as we made our descent into town. It turned out to be an almost eleven-hour ride, and by the time we rolled into town, both of us were feeling the fatigue. She kindly offered to take over the wheel at times, making the journey a tad smoother than anticipated. We arrived in town around 6:25 p.m. and decided to make a pit stop at the supermarket to grab some goodies for my folks. It had been ages since I last visited
