Chapter 62
Just then, Wilbur launched another kick at Duran's stomach.
A loud thud rang through the air as Duran was once again sent flying. He spat out a large amount of blood before landing heavily on the ground, promptly falling unconscious.
As he landed on the ground, a palm-sized token fell from his clothes and rolled to Wilbur's foot.
Wilbur waved a hand, and the token flew into his grasp.
It was a rather ancient-looking token. The token was completely black and covered with engravings of clouds, save for the blood-red sword in the middle of it.
There seemed to be a strange energy that was seeping out of the token, trying to enter Wilbur's body.
All Wilbur had to do, however, was use the slightest bit of power, and the token was sealed off, all its energy trapped within itself.
After some pondering, Wilbur put the token away.
There seemed to be something off about it, so he planned to take it home and study it.
