31 Rest I Deserve

     Lana struggled to stand up to meet with her, but her first step was quite messed up. Lady Claire was too late to react when she wobbled and blacked out. Lana struggled to stand up to meet with Lady Claire, her legs feeling weak and unsteady.  She mustered all her strength, determined to maintain her composure.  As she took her first step towards Lady Claire, her foot caught on a loose thread of the carpet, causing her to stumble awkwardly.  She desperately reached out for support, but Lady Claire was too far away to catch her in time. "Careful, Lana!"  Lady Claire called out in concern, rushing towards her friend.  But her words came too late.
