“You see, young people just don't like to move,” Grandma said as she took my son from my arms, and pushed us out. “Young couples should go for a walk to cultivate feelings, don't be with an old woman like me.”
Xavier and I looked at each other.
In the end, he took my hand first, laughed, and said, “Go on a date with me, Yas.”
