All of a sudden, Bonnie heard a familiar voice. “You’re finally here, Bonnie. We’ve been waiting for you.” She turned around and saw Grant and Carlee marching over to her. She knew why they were looking for her but feigned ignorance nonetheless. She said dryly, “Is there anything you want?” ‘Although I’m Bonnie’s uncle, she talks to me in that tone. No wonder the others didn’t want to talk to her. No one can stand her attitude. ‘Still, she’s Master Kieran. I shouldn’t get mad over such a trivial matter. Bonnie alone holds the key to elevating the family’s status. I must flatter her and ensure she’s happy.’ At the thought of that, his smile grew wider. “Carlee and I are here to discuss something important with you, Bonnie.” Then, out of the corner of his eyes, he saw Avril sitting beside her. “Um, this is about our family.
