Kay turned to glare at Vera. "You said she's not a professional? Have you seen her practice kickboxing? Let me ask you, have you ever seen it?"
Vera choked on her words. "I haven't, but she grew up in the countryside and never had the opportunity to learn from a good kickboxing school. How could she be skilled?"
