Encounter

Lucian's POV -  "Follow the rogues when they reach the back alley," I commanded into the radio and then waited. I heard Rick reply with affirmative. We were near a seedy club. It was frequented by some rogues. I had not brought any of my betas with me. Neither did Rick. Daniel had his reinforcements waiting, a few streets away. We were here to just observe.  I had a feeling that the rogues were getting tipped off by some mole. It could have been anyone from any of the packs. I did not rule out the involvement of some Alphas too. Hence, to keep things discreet, we decided to keep it an Alpha only operation. So, here I was with Rick and Daniel waiting. "They are out," Daniel whispered. We waited in the van and watched the rogue head off, a few minutes later. We had masked our scents. Rick made his way out of the club, following our man. We continued to follow him. He went to a junkyard a couple of blocks away. We parked the van around a curve and watched him go into a small dumped trai
