Elijah didn’t hesitate. If Amara was willing to trust him with her past, then he was more than ready to hear her out and help her through it if she needed his help in any way.
“I’m not pressuring you,” He started, gently squeezing her hand. “But I want you to know that whatever you have to tell me, I’m ready to listen, and if you need help, I’ll be more than willing to help.”
