Amara stood under the hot waterfall of her shower, allowing the warm after to sooth her muscles and wash away the stress of the day. Outside, the rain was still fall, albeit, softer than before. But she paid no attention to it, her mind clouded by all that had happened today. By the time she stepped out of the shower, she was smiling to herself, both over the fact that she had finally accomplished her goal in bringing Celestine down and how her date with Elijah had gone. The latter however, had left her feeling a bit weird, not in a bad way, but just different, different in a sense that she had never felt before.
