It sounded like a wife was chastising her unfaithful husband. Leonardo chuckled. "Being young is great. Being young and beautiful is even better." Yvette's face stiffened. Before she could speak, Leonardo continued, "Aren't you here for a meal? Why are you still hanging around my table? We've almost finished eating. I don't suppose you'd like to eat leftovers?" Yvette bit her lip. There was no way she could stay there after being shut down like this. She rose from her seat. "I actually have a lunch meeting to attend, so I'll take my leave.
