It must have been 2 hours or maybe 3 hours since Melanie sat at the roadside in the rain she didn't know which as she had lost track of time. The heavy rain turned into drizzle and into nothing at all but she sat,still. Her former unseeing eyes beginning to take in the neighbourhood she was in. It was getting late but she did mind. She wasn't thinking, her mind was blank. She had cried to a point where there's nothing to feel. Thinking back to the dream she had, she wondered who the woman in her dream was, how she was related to Toby and if it was because of her he was so cruel. Perhaps she broke his heart and left him, fleeing with his money. But that didn't seem right.
