At the Jensen residence, Hector returned home slightly later than Scott. He had to give a statement at the police station and deal with the aftermath of the eight people fainting simultaneously in the abandoned school.
As soon as he entered, Scott ran up to him energetically. "How did it go, Hector?"
Hector gave him a cool glance. "I can't believe you all went there to simulate the shooting game so recklessly.
"I've handled it, of course. Otherwise, you guys fainting at the same time in an abandoned classroom building would have caused an uproar online by now."
Scott responded with a thumbs-up. "You're the best, Hector! It's hot outside, isn't it? It feels warm in here, too. The air conditioning isn't cool enough."
He complained exaggeratedly while tugging at the collar of his T-shirt.
