"Shan!" Mitchell and his team were startled. They were about to dismantle the protective array and rush forward when two figures were a step ahead. Hector and Adam swiftly caught Shannon just as she was about to hit the ground and firmly supported her from both sides. Scott was a step behind and couldn't be of help.
