The knife plunged into his left leg, its tri-sided blade cruelly embedded. He needed seven stitches, but fortunately, it hadn't hit an artery. Yet after he finished giving his statement at the police station, he insisted on watching the complete concert before he would go home.
She used to be stubborn, but now she believed he was the most headstrong person in this world. Eliza had no way to change his mind, so she just went along and had a meal with him, and then returned to the park.
The park was becoming increasingly crowded. He looked around and pointed to a spacious area slightly farther away.
