When she rushed to XS, it was already nine o'clock. The receptionist only smiled at her before returning to her own business. She got out of the elevator, finding his office door closed. She had no idea if he was in. Eliza remembered that he'd asked for a coffee at nine o'clock, but now she was late. Would he lose his temper at her again? She quickly brewed a less than satisfactory coffee, knocked on his office door, but received no answer. When she attempted to push it open, she found it was locked. Puzzled, she returned to her desk. The power problem was still unresolved - her computer was as good as a brick! She sat in silence for a while, feeling sleep creeping in.
