The waiter saw that Lindsey's glass was empty and took the initiative to replace it with a new one.
After drinking one glass of wine, Lindsey felt that her breath was tainted with a faint scent of wine as she spoke. This wine was slightly sweeter than ordinary red wine and was to Lindsey's taste.

"Mr. Wadleigh, don’t you need to go over to socialize?" Lindsey tried to make her tone as polite as possible like she was just asking casually.
Mitchell was a quick-witted person and immediately got the hint. He looked like he had just realized the time and said, "I don’t have much to socialize, but I happened to see a few acquaintances before I went abroad, so I’ll go over and say hello. Ms. Juhl, please excuse me."
Lindsey nodded, clinked her glass with Mitchell’s, then watched as he left before she let out a long sigh.
