Anna POV “Katherine.....” I whispered to receive no response. I slowly took another step towards the window when I heard the rustle. Before I could go further, the door opened and Esther walked inside along with King Aiden. “Anna?” She called out and I turned around to see them. “Where is it?” Esther stretched her hand towards me and I placed the hair brush on her palm. She closed her eyes and began to mutter some words under her breath for some time before opening it back. “She is one.” Esther said. In that moment, I felt my heart sink into my stomach.
