Habeeb P.O.V "Uthman and Ridwan would you guys just come out, its late already we have to get going, we wouldn't want to miss sermon you know", I yelled at my two friends. "These guys don't know any other thing than dressing to impress the sisters in mosque", I said to myself but Ridwan had got to my back and he heard what I said so he tapped the back of my head. "Foolish boy", I cussed underneath. Pardon my manners, I'm Habeebullah Yusuf, a 400 level medical student together with Uthman and Ridwan, we've been roomies since year 1. Those guys are all I've got. Here they are, we left our room now hurriedly and off to mosque. * Writer P.O.V The ladies at the restaurant were still talking about Habeeb and Ameedah couldn't help but joined the conversation at the end. Nihmah and Eesha really hyped the guy saying he has dimples and very friendly, Nihmah said she rarely sees him with ladies and Eesha concurred leaving Ameedah speechless and Ameedah couldn't wait to at least catch a glimpse of him even though she wouldn't talk to him. "He seem so sweet",Ameedah said dreamily while the duo stared at her naughtily. " What, why the stupid stares, I just want to see him, stop giving me that suspicious look, by the way he might not now be fine to me",Ameedah said to her friends. "That one is a lie, forget", Nihmah said almost shouting. After what seem like a year, they were done eating and ready to go to mosque. As soon as they exited the restaurant, Shade and Memunah called out to Ameedah, they needed her to help with something. Ameedah P.O.V I turned as I heard my name and the duo walked up to me. Ameedah, we've been searching since,where were you? Memunat asked "I went to eat", I replied plainly. What do you guys need I'm late for mosque and at this point Nihmah and Eesha left saying we would meet in mosque. I was a bit angry but I just kept my cool like they could have met me after mosque. As if they read my mind. "We would have waited till after mosque but it'll be too late by then",Memunat said. Memunah and Shade are both nursing student, they needed explanation to some questions. We walked back into the restaurant where I explained the assignment to them. They were so happy and I was happier that I made them both happy. Now I'm late, I rushed out and jogged a little. "This sun won't finish me", I whispered to myself. Habeeb P.O.V We walked hurriedly as we were kind of late, these friends of mine won't stop talking to the sisters, so annoying. I left them at the back since I wasn't really the flirty type even though sometimes I wish to be like them. I walked smartly to the mosque ignoring their calls. * * Writer P.O.V Ameedah already sighted her friends because she was walking really fast. Those ones were giggling and talking about random matters when they heard Ameedah's voice. Lo!she stepped on a banana peel and tripped immediately her friends turned and were left speechless due to the sight right in front of them. Thanks for reading.
