The restaurant that Noah had chosen portrayed a perfect blend of coziness with a luxurious finish. From the moment of their arrival, their hostess had recognized Noah immediately and led them towards a separate room away from the buzzing of other customers. The restaurant had a playful arrangement—a tactile charm that was all brought together by rich red and teal seating, concealed golden lights, and a stunning backdrop of architecture giving the space a deep and dramatic flair.
The corridor they took led to a room with only a single table present. The lights were dim, giving the space a warm and intimate vibe.
Ruby sat on her seat when Noah pulled it back. She muttered a thank you and watched him take the chair opposite her. The lights fell on his skin in the most alluring way, darkening his features and making his skin look tan.
Waiters served them their food and soon after, the only sound resonating in the room was the clicking of silverware against porcelain plates.
