Chapter Seventy- Pain of Deception

“I hope it’s not him.” Lorenzo nodded. He knew what Mia was going through right now. It was like a blow to the gut but he was trying to stay strong. If not for himself, then for Mia. The woman was distraught. Lorenzo had taken her to the side. She had taken her seat in the kitchen on a bar stool.
