Chapter Twenty Three- Secrets Unveiled

  Mia was starting to grow sleepy all over again. The long night had caught up to her even when she had slept a good few hours.   She had no idea how Lorenzo Morino was standing on two feet. Scheming over new plans with Lucas and Mikey. The man hadn’t even slept, he only took a shower to freshen up. How did he do it?   “How is marrying Mia supposedly going to get back at Andrew Williams?”   Mia settles Lorenzo with the same look. She had a similar question coursing through her mind. She ideally should have asked that before she got married but she had stability now.   The young woman was married to a rich man. He was more than reasonably attractive, and she had whatever she needed. Lorenzo even went as far as to put a boatload of money in her bank account although she swore she wouldn’t touch it at all.   She wasn’t a freeloader.   “It’s simple. You can’t go forward here without someone by your side,” Lucas nodded his agreement while Mikey and Mia glanced at each other.
