While George watched Lauretta, a feeling stirred up in his chest, something he refused to dwell on, he had admitted to himself that he was getting fonder of Lauretta as he watched her improvement, but that was about it.
The crowd cheered on Lauretta to sing another song for them since they couldn't get enough of the first.
Brandon smiled at her. "Did you hear that sis? They want you to sing another. "
Lauretta giggled. "Fine. What are we singing?"
Brandon arched his brow, "We? No Laurie, this is all of you. You are going to sing a song on your own."
Lauretta let out a nervous laugh. "What?"
"Don't you want to hear another from the formidable Lauretta?!" Brandon yelled into his mic.
"YES!!" The crowd yelled.
"LAURETTA! LAURETTA! LAURETTA!"
"Okay, I'll sing you guys one of my favorites." Lauretta said, slowly gaining her confidence. "No instruments apart from the guitar."
"Sure thing." Brandon collected a guitar and stood beside her. "What song did you have in mind?"
