When I left Dominic's tent, I went back into mine. I sat at the edge of the bed, and it sank at my weight. I sighed helplessly. Meredith's revelation about her father wanting to kidnap Dominic rang in my ears.
I didn't know why I did not tell him. It concerned his safety, and he needed to be aware of it, but I had selfishly decided to keep it to myself. I ran my fingers through my hair in frustration.
