I bit back a smile at the way she was glowering at me, her brows furrowed and her hands planted firmly on her hips.
“Don't you dare smile when I'm still furious with you!” she snapped.
“I’m not,” I muttered. “Why are you so upset about this? What would you rather I had done?”
“Not murder him,” she replied.
“It’s not murder if he deserved it.”
“That’s a very flawed opinion,” she stuttered, her voice a bit lower than usual.
I folded my arms across my chest. “It’s not an opinion, Minerva. It’s a fact.”

I calmly said, "He needed punishment for what he did."
“I don’t disagree with that,” she replied, “but we could have had him imprisoned or something.”
