The air was thick with the smells of fresh bread, ripe fruit, and roasting coffee, making her stomach growl with hunger. Eleanor moved towards the shelves with bread, but Harper intercepted her or her cart. Shopping carts rattled and rolled across the floor as families and individuals like Eleanor and Harper moved around the aisles in search of the perfect ingredients for tonight's dinner.
