Chapter 106 An Escape From Death

Lofty skyscrapers pierced the sky, their peaks shrouded in a thick, grey mist. Levi stood at the edge of one building's rooftop, his toes curled over the edge. Eleanor couldn't believe her eyes when she saw Eleanor up high, about to jump down the lofty building. The wind whipped his hair into a frenzy as he gazed out at the desolate cityscape. His mind was a maelstrom of emotions, each one warring for dominance. He was ready to jump but didn't know what was holding him back from doing that.
