Chapter 56: Newborn
"Dad, are you too tired to take Betty alone?" Lina poured a glass of milk for Dill.
"No, just don't worry." Dill said with a smile.
To her grandson and granddaughter, Dill never felt tired.
"It's been hard on you all these years, Dad." Lina looked at the wrinkles on Dill's face and said with some emotion.
Dill pretended to be angry and glared at Lina: "Say that again and I'll get angry."
"If you hadn't insisted at first, there wouldn't be these two little babies now, just, what are you going to do about your own happiness, huh?" Dill looked at Lina with some heartache.
"My happiness is Betty and Brooklyn, as long as I see them healthy and happy, I'll be satisfied." Lina's face was full of happiness.
Dill took a sip of milk: "Are you sure you don't want to consider Hansen? He loves you very much."
