Chapter 165 - I Did It
Lina's emotions had smoothed out considerably, and the two children were pale with regret.
"I'm sorry, mommy should have been there for you guys." Lina looked at the two children heartily, just such a scene, even she was scared, let alone they are still only five years old.
Betty was still crying on Angus' shoulder.
Lina hugged Brooklyn and painfully stroked his pale and cold cheeks because of fear.
Brooklyn has not slowed down at all, all in his head is the dead kitten just now.
Angus looked at Brooklyn's dull-eyed look, his eyes full of heartache.
Thinking of something, he said to Betty, who was still crying in his arms, "Betty, let mommy hold you for a while while I find my brother to say a few words, okay?"
Betty nodded obediently, "Okay, mommy hold."
Lina was sitting on the couch, and Angus placed Betty on her lap.
"Brooklyn, let's talk, shall we?" Angus asked in a gentle tone as he held out his hand to Brooklyn.
