Chapter 110 - There won't be that day
The smile on Betty's face now, she had forgotten how long it had been since she had seen it, growing up without a father had a really big impact on the children.
"What's wrong?" Angus asked as he sensed something was wrong and spoke up.
"Nothing, Betty, come on, let mommy hug you." Lina all went over and held out her hands trying to hug Betty.
"Mom, will Betty give you a hug later? Betty just hugged daddy for a while." Betty looked at Lina with some difficulty, she really liked Daddy too much and wanted to let Daddy hug all the time.
"Mommy, you're back." Just when Lina was a little lost, Brooklyn took out Lina's slippers from the shoe rack, "Mom, it's cold outside, come in quickly, don't catch a cold."
Brooklyn knew how to help Lina put her shoes away.
"Thank you dear Brooklyn." Lina put her shoes on and walked into the house.
Robert and Dill were sitting on the sofa drinking tea.
"Back?" Dill said with a smile when he saw Lina.
