Chapter 46: THE PRESENT

LORENZO’S P.O.V. The men opened fire on us and I did everything to ensure that Leo was not in the firing range. I glanced on him every other second as I sped through the deserted highway. Matteo opened the roof and started shooting back at them. It wasn’t something I would have done because it left him exposed but Matteo always had his way of doing things. I couldn’t see the faces of the people in the car because it was tinted but I knew they weren’t Russians. The Russians were brave but not this stupid.
