Chapter 100

ISABELLA’S P.O.V. Leo started training with the instructor and with Enzo. I wanted to watch at first, but I realized that for my own mental sanity, it was better if I didn’t. Leo enjoyed it and he looked forward to it every day and that was what mattered. It was obvious that I didn’t approve and I was terrified but my opinion on the situation didn’t matter. It was about Leo’s survival and I was willing to put my pride to the side especially since Enzo had called us all for a meeting and said he had something important to discuss. Unlike the usual meetings, we weren’t having this one in the house. He asked me to go with him in the car while the others followed behind us. I asked twice where we were going but on both occasions, he didn’t respond so I waited and watched as he drove us to a simple house that I immediately knew was one of the safe houses.
