To her surprise, the call was from her long-lost sister, Penny. Elinor squinted her eyes, not really willing to answer the call. Nevertheless, Elinor also harbored curiosity about Penny’s whereabouts during this period. How could she act so callously, forsaking the company entirely? Furthermore, the funds from the company’s account have disappeared too. If she did not answer this call, she would continue to be clueless about where the money went.
