Surrounded by a merry crowd, Elinor felt out of place to express her desire to leave. The revelers, however, seemed to be having the time of their lives. "I'll just wait here for a bit," she murmured. Although Elinor felt she could hold on for a little longer, Jaxson observed her evident exhaustion. She had barely finished speaking before stifling two consecutive yawns. Grasping Elinor's hand, Jaxson gave it a gentle pat and whispered, "Don't mind them. They might even enjoy themselves more if we're not around." She blinked, questioning his sincerity. A careful scan of the crowd revealed occasional glances thrown their way amidst the drinking. With a sigh of resignation, Elinor responded, "So, am I genuinely taking a break now?" Jaxson nodded in confirmation. However, since Elinor was not familiar with the way out, Jaxson accompanied her.
