90: A Little Bit Unfair

Camilla walked towards Sasha, each step heavy with regret. She sat down next to her friend, still thinking about her argument with Gideon. Now, she wished she hadn't reacted like that in the first place. "Hey, Sasha," Camilla said softly, moving closer. "I'm really sorry for what happened back there. I shouldn't have gotten so carried away." Sasha lifted her face from her hand. She exhaled deeply. "It's not your fault, Camilla. You were just trying to help. I know you were." Camilla let out a sigh of relief. But she still had a feeling that Sasha was mad at her. "Do you want to come home with me?" she asked gently. "We can talk this out and figure out what to do next." Sasha shook her head, getting to her feet. "I need to go back to Gideon and settle things with him. I need to know why he cheated on me." Camilla's eyes widened with concern. "Sasha, I don't think that's a good idea. You've been through enough already." "I know you're just trying to protect me. But I need to do thi
