It had gotten dark, and I was walking along the road with Drake. We were making our way to a coffee shop nearby, and for some reason, we decided to go there on foot.
As our stroll continued, I noticed this strange energy in the air—l—like really, really strange. The sound of music and laughter filled the streets, and I could see colorful costumes and decorations everywhere.
"Okay, hold on, what's going on here?" I asked in curiosity, looking around.
Drake shrugged and said, "Just people doing nonsense, I guess."
I furrowed my brows in confusion. I had never seen anything like this take place in this city. People dancing and wearing costumes. This was kind of absurd. This was definitely something new to me.
Drake must have noticed my curiosity because he chuckled. "It's just a local festival. They do this every year."
"Oh really?"
