Serena's POV
“Can I see her?”
If I’ll be the one to choose, he doesn't have to go ask me. Andy worries about Catherine's and I understand it. However, when Tyler came home yesterday looking so angry, I don't think this is the right time for Andy to see her.
I held his hand and sigh. “Maybe tomorrow, Andy.”
He immediately was shaken by whatever came into his mind because of my refusal. “I-Is she okay?”
I nodded and smiled. “Of course, she is.”
“Is she not sick?” He really sounded so genuinely worried.
“She's not,” I answered and smiled before I pulled him closer.
We're in the dining hall. He's eating his breakfast and since Millie is still asleep, we didn't disturb her.
I caressed Andy's hair. I can feel that he's slowly accepting me as his mother. It's still confusing for him, but I won't stop reminding him of our situation so he can understand. I don't want him to grow up questioning his real identity just because of his parents' fault.
