Lurking danger 2.
CHRISTOPHER'S POV
I won't say I was surprised at the way she banged the door in my face because she didn't let me into her room.
I stood there for a while thinking she would come back but she didn't open up. I raised my hand to knock but it felt something stopped my already folded fist from hitting the door.
I went back down stairs and sat with James for a very long time. It was getting dark and one thing I didn't want was for him to pass the night here. I would rather take the risk of taking him to his house at night when all that protest must have died down and the road free.
As I sat there thinking of what to do with him, Michael walked in.
"What is bothering you?" He asked me, snapping me out of my thoughts. I sighed and breathed in, then he sat beside me patting my back slowly.
I was glad this particular news hasn't gone viral because the council of elders should be here questioning me by now.
"Nothing serious, it is just this man." I replied nonchalantly
