I was glad that she believed in our love. I no longer believed in that but it felt good to hear someone say that.
"Do you believe that?" I asked, looking up at her.
I knew that my eyes betrayed how I felt and I didn't care. After many months of dealing with everything alone and finding it hard to confide in someone, it was a sweet relief to finally have someone that I could trust.
