I rolled my eyes as I saw that I had received a message from Aunt Pamela. I clicked the message app open and sighed at what she had done. She was worse than a hunting dog who had gotten his teeth sunk into a trail and didn't want to let go.
I stared at the picture of my mum that she had sent to me. I snorted as I realized that I had just referred to her as my mum instead of Aunt Pamela's younger sister. She wasn't my mum regardless of how much Aunt Pamela was insisting that she was my mother.
As far as I was concerned, Aunt Pamela was my mother but since she was adamant about finding her, I would pretend like I cared about my mum and find her younger sister for her.
I didn't care if I find her but I would make plans on finding her so I could tell Aunt Pamela that I was doing something about it the next time she asked me about it.
