"I get it!" Cole hung up. Avery held onto her phone and sighed heavily, hoping that Cole and Henry would come to their senses; if Elliot got involved in this, there was no predicting how the situation would escalate. She feared that the peacefulness in the present would disappear if the situation got out of hand; it took so much effort for them to overcome the torture they had been through on the day of their wedding and it had only been barely two weeks since they finally settled down.
