Bella couldn't be bothered to deal with Simon. She took Daniel and Pierre's lab report and returned to her office. When she walked in, her eyes were glued to the lab results, and she didn't notice Pierre approaching. She bumped right into his chest and stumbled back a couple of steps due to his firm muscles. Towering over Leonard at well over six feet three inches, Pierre was a wall of muscle. His mere presence was intimidating. Her legs turned to jelly as she looked at the man in front of her. "I'm sorry, I didn't see you…" He reached out to steady her. "It's okay, Dr. Jones. There's nothing wrong with the transplant surgery, right?" Bella nodded. "Don't worry, the surgery can be done in a few days, so please wait a little longer." Pierre breathed a sigh of relief. "That's a relief. I was wondering if you would be free tonight, Dr. Jones. I'd like to invite you out to dinner on behalf of my family." Bella didn't dare to refuse, so she timidly asked, "Will Dominic be there?"
