Chapter 2
"Shit, you're so handsome!" I loudly shrieked while watching my baby Bullet dance.
I'll just do a concert here inside my room because I couldn't go to their event. At least, here, I'm his only wife and there's no noisy crowd surrounding me.
"Maxreign Adalee!" My brother barged into my room with an angry expression.
I glared at him before going down from my bed. "What?!"
"Where the hell did you put my wallet again?! It's not in my bag again!" he snarled.
I aggressively picked the remote from my bed and paused my Bullet's video. I faced my brother with an annoyed face.
"And why am I associated with your wallet?" I asked, confused.
"You hid it!" he said.
"I'm not hiding anything! If there ever is, it's resentment!" I irritable snorted.
"And you're talking back to me?!" he asked in disbelief.
"Every time you interrupt on my husband's concert, I will really talk back to you!" I shouted.
He gasped and covered his mouth in disbelief. "Shit, pumpkin. Where did you learn to shout at me?"
"You always do that," I answered in almost a whisper.
He groaned in disgrace. "I'll tell this to daddy, stupid."
"You're stupid, too. In fact, you're more stupid because you're birthed first," I teased and raised my brows.
He was about to punch me but it ended up as a flick on my forehead. I saw him turn to the TV where my husband was flashed.
"Reign, I'm also a part of that band. Why are you only watching Bullet? I'm your brother, Reign." He even acted like he's in pain which made my face contort into a frown.
"You're not my husband so why would I even watch you? You're not even as handsome as my baby," I said.
He held his chest and acted in pain. "Reign. I-I'm your brother."
My eyes narrowed at him. "And so?"
He pinched me before embracing me into a hug. "You're really shameless, you spoiled brat. If only I don't love you, I already threw you to a river."
I giggled and hugged him back. "Tell Bullet I'm willing to be thrown by him. Only if it's into his heart !" I shrieked.
Max pushed my forehead with his index finger. He's always hurting me! I'm getting pissed! I'll really tell Mommy about this.
"You're such a flirty kid, I will really tell this to daddy!" he threatened before running out of the room.
I panicked in my place.
"Wah, Max!" I cried before chasing him. I saw him running down the stairs, so I quickly held the railings and jumped onto the living room.
His lips parted when he saw me in front of him. I smirked at him while walking slowly towards daddy.
"Hi, daddy," I greeted him.
"Hey, pumpkin. Good afternoon!" he said while smiling before kissing my cheek.
I chuckled. "Daddy, I'm gonna tell you something."
He signaled me to sit beside him and I quickly obeyed him. I smirked at my brother whose face looked so pissed.
"Max said I'm so ugly and I don't have a chance on Bullet." I acted like I'm wiping my tears so it would seem real.
My brother always fight me, he's such an attention seeker.
"Max Arazon! Come here!" Dad loudly shouted. I secretly giggled when my brother came to us while scratching his nape.
"Dad, what again?" he lazily asked.
"I said you shouldn't start with your sister!" Daddy uttered.
Max groaned in annoyance. "She's lying! She's shouting at me, dad!"
Daddy faced me and widened his eyes. "Is that true, Adalee?!"
I quickly shook my head. "No dad! I'm innocent!" I defended.
Dad's forehead creased and looked at us back and forth.
"Who among you is telling the truth? You know I don't like liars," he said in a serious tone.
Max pointed me. "She's the culprit."
I immediately let my tears fall and sobbed. "I'm sorry d-dad, forgive me."
Their expression softened when they saw me crying. I cried louder so they wouldn't scold me.
"Oh, no. Stop crying, love," Max softly said before sitting beside me.
"Adalee, stop crying. Your mom will hear us."
Theu both hugged me, so I secretly giggled. "Okay, forgiven."
My brother glared at me when he realized that I was just acting. I smiled at Daddy when he slightly ruffled my hair.
"Get up, Adalee. Your friend texted your mom a while ago, Shantal said you have somewhere to go with her," dad said.
I immediately clapped my hands and stood up from my seat.
"Okay, dad. Noted! Max, drive me to the place, okay? Please?" I pleaded.
He nodded his head. "Yeah, where are you going?"
"At the mall again," I answered. I'm so excited to watch the latest movie! Of course, it's my favorite!
"I'll drop you there later, Bullet and I, and the band, also have an interview at the network near the mall," he answered.
My cheeks heated when I heard the name he mentioned.
"Wow, you're getting featured again, Max?!" I said in awe.
He nodded once again. "You're asking me when I know you're only gonna watch Bullet."
I rolled my eyes at him. "Just update me kuya when your interview will be released, okay?"
I waved at them before running upstairs. I need to prepare because I have to meet Shantal.
I wore a pink dress and pink doll shoes. I'm so excited, especially that my brother's band is gonna get featured again, I'm gonna see my baby Bullet again.
I picked up my phone when it rang. I saw Shantal's text so I quickly opened it.
From: Cutie Patutie Shantal
Baby Reign! We're waiting for you in front of the mall. So excited to see your brother!
I giggled. Shantal fancies my brother a lot so she's acting like this.
To: Cutie Patutie Shantal
I'll be there in a few minutes, see you!
I brought my bag and went out of my room.
