Chapter 159 The Summon

Harley was in her bedroom when Darius barged in with a group of guys. “Take her,” he said to the men. Harley frowned as she moved back immediately, “Take me to where? What is the meaning of this, Darius?” Darius ignored her as he gestured for the men to drag her away. The last thing he needed was her excessive questions when he was trying to do his job. He knew Veronica didn't take kindly to failed jobs. “Let me go!” Harley screamed and kicked as they dragged her out of her room. “Nathan! Tony!!” she shrieked. However, when she got to the sitting room she saw her brothers sitting down with guns pointed to their heads. “Alright, gentlemen. We’re going to have a nice conversation with your sister. Don't make a scene,” Darius said. They left the house with a screaming Harley while Nathan and Tony stared at each other in panic. When they were gone, Nathan was the first to call Veronica. “Mom, the guy you work with was here, he just took Harley,” Nathan said into the phone.
