“What’s going to happen now?” Brenda asked. They stood in the warehouse as Chase’s guards drove away with Spencer. They were taking him back to the dungeon where he would enjoy hearing the sounds of his screams. “I’m going to get the truth out of him,” Chase replied simply. “May I ask why you moved up the plan? We were supposed to carry it out tomorrow,” Jenny asked. As much as she had agreed to be bait, she had been so terrified. What if Spencer didn’t want to talk and just wanted to kill her off? She didn't need to fake being terrified because the more Spencer had revealed himself the more terrified she had been. “I received a video,” Chase answered. “What video? Was it Mirabel?” Lucas asked sharply. Chase glared at him but heaved a sigh and nodded. He knew if it wasn't for Lucas and Jenny he would have never been able to figure out the mole had been Spencer all along. It doesn't mean Chase felt indebted to Lucas.
