Alright guys. See you when I see you next," Theo said as he dropped them off at home. "Mia" he called her as Maddie climbed the stairs.
"Take care of yourself, and please cheer up " he said softly. "Thank you Theo" she said and smiled softly.
"My princesses. How did it go at the station?" Mr. Prior asked. There was an awkward silence for a moment,
"It went fine dad. We made our statements and James will pay, justice will be duly served"
"Okay. That's good to hear, but why the long faces?" He said as he noticed they were both moody.
"It was just a rough time at the station, you know, I'm just tired" Mia said "Alright, why don't you go up and have some rest" he said, and she went ahead. "What's wrong Maddie?" He asked her as he noticed her sniffling.

"I just miss our old house that's all, it had so many family memories" she lied.
