Sitting in her elaborate chamber, Princess Alessio gazed at the expansive lawns of the Italian mansion she had lived in her whole life. Her thoughts were far from the beauty outdoors, even though the sun was sinking and the scenery was glowing a warm golden color. She would travel to Grimaldo's estate on the outskirts of New York tomorrow, her first day outside of Italy. The residence was known for its isolation and the rigorous training that awaited her there. “Does something trouble you, Mio caro?” her mother asked as she joined her on the balcony. “Non Madre” she said as she chuckled “I'm just excited and anxious at the same time. I will be leaving home for the first time and it's not somewhere across the country, it's America” she said and her mother caressed her hair. “Oh, sweet child, I share your excitement but at the same time, I fear for your safety” she said, “America is no place of Disney and Wonderland, you cannot let your guard down” she said and Alessio nodded
