Chapter 900
Ryan came under the tree and saw the ladies withering languidly like wilting flowers.
"Why aren't all of you at the cave where it's cooling? Why have you come down? It's so hot here."
Ryan found a spot near Camelia and sat down with his back against the tree trunk. As the sun shone down through the foliage, speckles of sunlight shone around him, and even those tiny flecks of filtered sunlight felt painfully hot on his skin.
Camelia looked at the pond and said, "The pond's protective measures aren't completed yet, so more animals will visit the pond. The sooner we can complete the fence, the sooner we can stop the animals from going near the pond."
"I agree," Sherry replied with a frown. "No one knew if the leopards have pooped or peed in the pond yesterday. It's so disgusting!"
"If we are severely dehydrated, even if it was blended cow dung, we've got to drink it if it could help us survive. It is just merely having poop in the water right now," Ryan responded solemnly.
