Chapter 1

Chapter 1 "Rogues!" Alpha Earl could smell the scent of a rogue few meters away from his favorite spot. He aloft on his feet, trailing the scent that seemed malicious. The closer he got, it became more intense, and worse, he could perceive the scent of his wife. "Ina!" He growled as he took to his feet thinking she was in danger. When he got to the spot, he found a hut in the middle of the mountain far from the pack. Her scent got stronger and followed by her moans which made him wonder if she was in danger or? "Hell no!" He wobbled his head trying to get rid of all negative thoughts about his wonderful wife. As he got close to the door, for some reason he found himself trotting by the entrance. He was worried yet he felt a negative impulse running through his spine. As fast as a flying dove, he barged in after whacking the door so hard that anyone inside will shiver in fear. To his surprise, he found his wife underneath a nameless rogue. His heart shattered into million fragments. Every gaze at them made his body quavered in shock. She was his wife, his Luna, the woman he have given his heart. The muscles of heart tightened and the pain surge through his bones and marrows. "Earl?" Her gaze instantly drifted to him for a minute her eyes gleamed with guilt but suddenly she looked shameless and proud to be a whore. She wrapped her hands around the rogue making the nameless rogue seemed fearless. "Ina..." He muttered to himself as their life together flashed before his eyes. "Earl!" Ina shrieked at him snapping him out of his reverie. "What is going on here Ina?" His voice was quivering. The muscles of his legs weaken and he fell to his knees in pains. "You were not being nice to me as your wife, you barely have time for me and you spend most of your time on other things that you consider more important than me. I deserve better and Tony is treating me better than you are doing," she said and leaned her arms on Tony's shoulder, who happens to be the rogue leader she was having sex with. "Your pack is going downhill and I will soon defeat you and overtake your territory. Ina told me every secretes about your pack already, I can't wait to stop being a rogue and become the next alpha of your pack," Tony scoffed after saying this. "That's right, Tony will soon take over your pack and guess what? I'll be his wife by then...hahaha," Ina laughed. Whoever dares to speak to an Alpha like this, especially one like Earl knows for sure that they are only digging their own grave. "Ina!" Earl growled in anger, how can a woman that he had loved all his life break his heart and be so shameless about it? His skin could feel the excruciating pain that her actions and words were making him feel. "Don't call my name." She shouted on him, an act she would never think of doing in the past, "From this moment henceforth, I, Ina Jerome reject you, Earl Mark as my mate." Earl in all his life as an alpha has never had his ego being bruised this way, he felt a burning sensation in his skin as a result of how enraged he was, and rather than taking off his clothes, he tore them off angrily, his bones making heavy sounds of crack as he shifted into a full wolf. But Ina and Tony were not scared at all, it wasn't because he can't defeat them, it was because they already had a plan in place. They knew for sure that Earl always come around this section of the forest to train daily and since they predict that he would catch them in the act, Tony had numerous rogues set around and ready to attack at his order. Earl charges towards them violently but it was at that time that Tony signalled for the wolves set around the place to come out of their hiding. The ran out in numbers and charged at Earl. Seeing that Earl had got himself trapped amidst numerous rogues and was seriously fighting with them, Tony shifted into a wolf and charged towards Earl who had no idea that Tony was rushing towards him, he bite into Earl's unguarded shoulder in a very hard manner. Earl shook him off immediately and staggered back in pain, Tony's claws lunched deep inside his shoulder. He ignored the pain and continuing fighting other rogues but the pain grew intense, he lost grip of his teeth and flew back from amidst the rouges. The rogue wolves jump at him before he could even stabilize himself, snarling loudly with the strong determination to kill him. Tony realized that this was Earl's territory and that sooner or later, his beta will come looking for him and if he finds them here, they won't survive it. He blew a whistle into the air to get the angry rogues to divert their attention to him, "we need to leave," he shouted and sped away with the rouges alongside Ina. Earl felt an even intense pain on his shoulder as he leaned tiredly and painfully by a tall tree, he growled in anger as he watched the rouges sped off. He had never been defeated in all his life, he was used to winning. But today, his ego was bruised multiple times, first was his wife, Ina, who disrespected the bond they shared and had sex with an ordinary rouge leader and what's even worse was that this rogue leader caused him a severe injury in the shoulder. He shifted back into his human form but the pain became even more unbearable, looking at his shoulder, he could see the deep injury that Tony caused him. He gritted his teeth in anger and declared in fury, "Ina, I assure you that I will make you regret betraying me. You dare to have sex with a fucking rogue? I'll make you suffer immensely that you will beg for death. And as for you, Tony, not only will I let you die a painful death, I'll kill every single rouges I set my eyes from this moment henceforth. I'll make sure every rouges are wiped away from the surface of the earth." He was loosing stamina so fast as a result of the injury, he soon lost consciousness. As soon as he does, a woman running with all her strength appeared and suddenly stumbled on Earl's unconscious body.
