CHAPTER ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY FOUR – SHE COULD MAKE A GREAT MOM

Karina hummed happily as she packed the diaper bag, ensuring she had everything needed for their outing to the park that sunny Saturday. At 6 months old, her daughter Becky was becoming more interactive and fun with each passing day. Karina couldn't wait to soak up the warm spring sunshine and watch Becky explore the park's sights, sounds, and smells. As she zipped up the bag, Karina had a thought. It would be great for her best friend Marie to join them and spend some quality bonding time with Becky. Marie had always insisted she didn't like babies, but Karina knew deep down her friend had a soft spot, especially for her precious daughter. "Come on Marie, it'll be wonderful for you and Becky to spend some time together!" Karina urged when she got Marie on the phone. "The fresh air will do you both good." Marie let out an exaggerated sigh. "Alright fine, I'll come. But I make no promises about having fun with your drooling little potato." Karina laughed, knowing Marie's teasing w
